Membership and Fees:

Prohibited Activities:​

  • Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within all SPARK facilities.
  • Illegal Substances: The use of illegal substances or the possession of drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of membership and possible legal action.
  • Soliciting and Commercial Activity: Soliciting or conducting any commercial activity within SPARK facilities is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

  • SPARK Athletic Center is not responsible for any injury or loss of personal property that may occur during your use of our facilities or services. We recommend consulting a doctor before starting any new exercise program.
  • SPARK Athletic Center makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the use of its facilities or services. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our platforms.

Intellectual Property:​

All content, including logos, trademarks, and images on the SPARK Athletic Center website and platforms, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any of our content without our express written permission.

SPARK Athletic Center: Responsible Use Policy

In addition to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, SPARK Athletic Center is committed to fostering a positive and respectful environment for all members, guests, and staff. This Responsible Use Policy outlines expectations for using our facilities and services in a way that aligns with our core values of inclusivity, respect, and safety.

Respectful Interactions:

  • Respect brand guidelines and avoid unauthorized use of SPARK logos or trademarks.
